The Colorful Background/EXPO program is a 12-week cohort designed for individuals with prior convictions. The program includes a family component to ensure everyone is involved in the growth process. The cohort consists of resume/cover letter writing, anger management, computer skills, mental health, housing, credit repair, and banking, among other topics. Upon completion, participants will receive their certification at a graduation ceremony, with gas cards and bus passes provided.

Wrongfully convicted of murder was sentenced to life without parole, served over 37 years. Motivational speaker and community educator. Ricky has a BA University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work.
